For driven people who demand a lot from themselves — but feel that the way they live and perform is starting to cost them more and more.
Discover how your energy, health and performance are connected to the way you live and work — and why sustainable performance starts with you.
Your body is not separate from the way you live, work and perform. In the Discovery Webinar, I’ll show you how stress, energy, behaviour and health can influence one another — and why this is often where change can begin.
You function. You perform. But somewhere inside, you know: I don’t want to keep going like this.
You keep going. You take responsibility, get a lot done and show up for the people who rely on you. From the outside, there may seem to be little wrong. But you notice that the same way of living, working and performing is asking more and more of you — physically, mentally or emotionally.
This is for:
“What is success worth if you lose yourself along the way?”
— The question that changed the way I look at health and success.

Why I Changed the Way I Look at Health and Success
I know how easy it is to lose yourself in performing, because I did it myself for years. As a physiotherapist running a busy practice, I helped others recover while gradually becoming more disconnected from my own body, energy and sense of calm.
It wasn’t until my own body forced me to stop that I understood that ambition isn’t the problem — losing yourself along the way is.
Since then, I have come to look at health differently. Not as something separate from the way we work, perform, think and live, but as part of a much bigger picture. That is why I help people look beyond their symptoms and understand the connection between their body, energy, behaviour and way of life.
Sometimes the question isn’t how you can keep going for even longer, but what needs to change so you can move forward differently.

What Others Experienced When They Began Looking Differently at Their Health, Energy and the Way They Live.
Short reflections from people who discovered how insight, recovery and direction can come together.
I’ve known Jenneke for years, and she keeps encouraging me to look more consciously at my health, mindset, and future. She shares books, insights, and ideas that spark my curiosity and inspire me to explore things more deeply. In that way, she helps me not only to think, but to actually take action.
When she gave me the opportunity to work with her, I embraced it with both hands. I want to keep developing myself and build a better, more stable life for me and my three daughters. Jenneke helps me to give that direction more consciously, step by step.
Jenneke helps me create structure and direction when a lot is happening at the same time. She thinks along with me about my health, finances and entrepreneurship, while also looking at what may be going on underneath on a personal level.
For me, she is both a sounding board and a mirror. She doesn’t take over, but helps me make better choices for myself and actually take action. There is still a lot in development, but I can already feel more clarity, structure and forward movement.
I finally realised that my symptoms weren’t isolated from one another.
By looking at my health differently, I began to see connections I had previously missed. That gave me a sense of calm, greater insight and renewed trust in my body.
I didn’t just start looking at my health differently — I also began treating myself differently.
It was only when I began looking at the bigger picture that I started to understand how many different factors are connected. That changed the way I approach my body, my energy and the choices I make every day.
I realised that recovery begins with learning to look at things differently.
What had previously felt like a collection of separate symptoms suddenly began to make sense as a whole. That brought not only relief, but also a greater sense of direction and confidence.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Discovery Webinar?
It takes approximately 20 minutes. You can watch the webinar whenever it suits you and go through it at your own pace.
Is this medical advice?
No. The Discovery Webinar is educational and reflective in nature. It’s designed to help you better understand the connection between energy, stress, performance, lifestyle, and wellbeing.
Do I need to be an entrepreneur?
Not at all. While many people I work with are entrepreneurs, professionals, or high performers, this is relevant for anyone who feels the pressure of constantly carrying responsibility and performing at a high level.
What if I’m not sure whether this is for me?
That’s completely fine. The first step isn’t commitment. It’s simply becoming more aware. More aware of what may no longer be supporting the life you want to live.
Sometimes change begins by truly listening to what your body and energy are showing you.
